Adedoyin Eisape is an equity-driven strategist committed to fostering justice and inclusion through human-centered design and strategic innovation. With over eight years of experience, she has been at the forefront of integrating liberatory practices and participatory methods in her work with academic, non-profit, and state entities supporting education, housing, and health initiatives across the Northeastern United States. Her work, deeply rooted in understanding the nuances of power and positionality, seeks to dismantle systemic barriers and enhance the quality of life for diverse communities. In her current role as a Racial Equity and Inclusion Program Manager, she supports building an inclusive organizational culture and advocating for justice with an eye toward transformational change management. Her research integrates anti-racist, biosocial, and design thinking approaches to establish a holistic perspective of the determinants of health and wellness in marginalized populations, as demonstrated by her latest collaborative work, See Change: Overcoming Anti-Black Racism in Health Systems.
