Alicia has established herself as a pivotal change agent, adept at navigating the complexities of federal environments. Her strategic leadership has led to the successful launch of transformative initiatives, earning her a reputation as a trusted advisor and thought leader. Currently serving as the Senior Analyst (Ombudsman) to the Director of the Strategic Planning and Performance Division at HUD, Alicia champions efficiency, transparency, and impact, driving positive organizational change.

Her notable career includes a significant stint at HHS, where as the first Cross-Agency Housing Lead for ACL, she spearheaded the Housing and Services Resource Center (HSRC), a collaborative effort between HUD and HHS agencies to enhance access to housing and services for vulnerable groups. Alicia's expertise in affordable housing for older adults and persons with disabilities is well-regarded, highlighted by her leadership in the Grants Management and Oversight Branch, where she led efforts to streamline grant management processes.

Alicia's ability to foster innovation and collaboration, solve problems dynamically, and align strategic objectives with stakeholder needs has been instrumental in her success. She holds a M.S. from Johns Hopkins University and a B.A. from American University, further solidifying her academic and professional foundation in driving systemic change.
