Currently serving as the Senior Analyst (Ombudsman) to the Director of the Strategic Planning and Performance Division at HUD, Alicia champions efficiency, transparency, and impact, driving positive organizational change.

Her notable career includes a significant stint at HHS, where as the first Cross-Agency Housing Lead for ACL, she spearheaded the Housing and Services Resource Center (HSRC), a collaborative effort between HUD and HHS agencies to enhance access to housing and services for vulnerable groups. Alicia's expertise in affordable housing for older adults and persons with disabilities is well-regarded, highlighted by her leadership in the Grants Management and Oversight Branch, where she led efforts to streamline grant management processes.
