Jenna Petersen

Jenna Petersen is a design strategist and program manager at Booz Allen Hamilton. As a leader in customer experience (CX) in the federal government she has consulted for the VA Veterans Experience Office and HUD’s CX team to help them better serve the public. She takes a human-centered systems thinking to address challenges from online disaster recovery resources to increasing racial equity in housing.  Jenna has a Master of Design Methods from the Institute of Design. She is based in Washington DC.
