Reshma Trasi is the co-founder of Trasi Duarte Consulting, based in Alexandria, VA. She brings 25 years of demonstrated experience leading, developing, and shaping strategy, innovation, and impact-focused teams, processes, and practices in international NGOs and civil society organizations. She has worked across geographies and donors, and has had the privilege of advising ministries of health, academia, and philanthropic foundations. She has sectoral experience that spans health, education, gender equality, capacity strengthening, leadership, management, and systems strengthening. As a 'deliberate generalist', she strives to combine tools and practices from diverse disciplines and sectors such as business, startups, entrepreneurship, market research, behavioral economics, data analytics, systems thinking, human-centered design, and public health to address sticky, social issues. She is a former physician, with a Master of Health Administration degree from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a Master of Public Health degree from Yale University.
